Care Star Vinaayak (Video Producer, Brother and Son)

Care FAM is so pleased to introduce Vinaayak. I have personally always been inspired by him. He wears various hats: of a professional, a son and a brother. His achievements are second to none, I am sure everyone reading this will be inspired and would not give up hope even in the darkest of times.

Who are you? Given where you are today, what was the most challenging experience you have had so far and how have you changed the situation around? (If you have struggled with mental health, please do share, so that someone like you could be inspired).

If it's by profession, then I am a Video Producer. I have been through a lot of situations in my life, but the biggest one I overcame was when my dad left for his heavenly adobe and it was me and my mom left behind and that's when a level of maturity struck me and I funded my own masters succeeded in that with flying colours struggled my ass off to find my first job and after that, there was no looking back.

I believe all the challenges and hardships one faces in life only makes us stronger. It's all in the mind if you want to achieve it and have a positive attitude no matter how much negativity is around you. You are bound to succeed. If anxiety is a mental health problem, yes I have it and it was all because of my failed and bad relationship and people around it which needed to be dealt with an utmost strong mindset.

It's hard to achieve but once one achieves it am sure no one ever would have the power to influence your life, your thoughts or your feelings. Take control of your life and your thoughts. You are the creator of your own life. Create the best one that anyone can imagine and believe in the process.

Your mental health journey and how much has it impacted you in your life choices and decisions?

Not a patient of a purely mental health problem. I faced a lot of ups and downs and the only problem I have now is trusting the ones around me. If it is in a category of mental health concern then I and am ok with it. This has or I should say this is still impacting my life decisions.

I don't take it negatively because I believe that everyone has their own ups and downs it's your own personal choice to either face them and overcome them or just sit and let the situations make you go mad.

This has taught me to understand silently the reactions of the people around me the amount of truth they are speaking and acting. Trust me once one has lost their loved ones it is pretty hard to move on and love again. This world acts as if love is a playground but in fact, it's not.

I overcame my loss, supported my mom and bought my home to a normal state and now things are back on a happy track. I am actually grateful that I had to face people and situations that are has what made me achieve what I have achieved in just 3 years into my carrier and am sure I have a long and a successful journey ahead.

Your tips and guidance for anyone reading this

One thing which is certain is that I know and I have learnt to live independently, I have learnt to be responsible a hard way but I took all these challenges as a building block towards by ladder of success. I believe that all the situations are just the games your mind plays. Make your mind strong, fill it with positive thoughts about your life, health, relationships and you will start to see the change. Be grateful about this beautiful life, be grateful to your family and this feeling deep down and the power will make sure that your problems and negative things hat you face fade away and then all you will have left is with abundance and positivity.

Your views matter, what do you feel could be added to make the participants of the project(care family) stronger? #becausewecare

Atrayee, I think and I feel happy to write about my own personal experience. It's all in the head, having positive thoughts can transform your life. You will find stupid, negative backstabbing people at every step you take in your life but you will also find helpful, good and genuine people who are willing to be with you forever. People who are good are always ignored but they are the ones who are chosen by most when people think about a permanent soulmate. I would say don't get influenced by the people or the lifestyle around you. Try to build the life you want and concentrate on that. Keep away from people who treat you as an option and die for those who are always there for you through your thick and thin. People like this are there always identified easily. Stop judging, stop hating and stop backstabbing and I believe this world would be a better place, if we all came together in this drive.

Would you recommend the project to others

Yes, I would
